Looking for Accounting Coordinator. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Assist sales team with order processing Create order reports Process account invoices and receivable statements Enter customer information into customer database and other data entry projects Additional tasks with order and inventory management Maintain customer account status Fill out delivery orders and invoices with our warehouses

Qualification:
* Must have a college graduate degree
* 2-3 years of work experience
* Accounting, Business or Marketing experience preferred
* All candidates must be eligible to work in the US with permanent resident status
* Proficient in PC or Mac OS, Microsoft Office with attention to Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail and strong organization skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to meet deadlines while multi-taking
